New rules and policies
Since the launch of our new site many new users found out about us and tried our service. Unfortunately some of them were ill-purposed and I have been getting increased complaints by our offer providers about fraud.
In order to limit fraud and as a result achieve better GP rates for the offers, I have implemented some new security measures.
- Users with a Steam account less than 60 days old will not be able to sign in on our website. This measure has been implemented to avoid multi-accounting and repeat abuse of specific offers. I understand that some people just happen to be genuinely new to Steam and this will lock them out of our service. They can come back when their account is old enough and the system will allow them to sign in.
- There can only be up to 2 accounts on sGs originating from the same household. This is enforced by IP checks.
Those 2 measures should be enough to avoid most of the scammers who are posing a threat to the well-being of our service. As fraud rates drop the GP you will be earning from the offers will increase.
